Maximize your competitive advantage with the Certified in Management (CIM) designation from the Canadian Institute of Management and Administration. The Canadian Institute of Management (CIM), in co-operation with Georgian College, is pleased to offer this eight-subject program designed to enable you to use the tools of effective management to the fullest. This program is of particular interest to managers, those who aspire to management, and those individuals in entrepreneurial activities who need to acquire a broad spectrum of management skills. Let us help you increase your career advantage by enrolling today in an established education program leading to a designation as a supervisor and/or manager. Upon the completion of three mandatory courses and one elective, students are eligible to receive a Certificate in Supervisory Management (CSM) from the Canadian Institute of Management as a precursor to the CIM designation.

Graduates will be awarded a Certificate in Management and Administration upon completion of six mandatory and two elective study courses, with a minimum grade of 60per cent in each course. Candidates will be eligible to apply for the Certified in Management (CIM) designation once they have acquired two (2) years of management/administration experience. In order to be granted the designation, candidates will be required to complete and submit an application to the Institute, along with two letters of reference and a current resume within six (6) years of completing the prescribed studies.
