Students whose success at college may be affected by a disability must contact the Centre for Access upon admittance to the College (See section 2.16 of Admission Policy).
Many Students do not even realize that they have a disability therefore they never identify themselves in order to benefit from the services we can offer. If you think that you may have a special need, make an appointment with a Disability Specialist.
Some examples of disabilities are:
- Psychological
- Neurological
- Chronic Fatigue
- Chron’s Disease
- Colitis
- Epilepsy
- Emotional and Mental Health
- Mild Acquired Brain Injury
- Speech Impairment
- Diabetes
- Test Anxiety/Stress
- Short term – broken leg, arm, etc.
