Well-Being Week in Owen Sound (Feb. 10, 12)

Student Success Services, the Students’ Administrative Council (SAC) and the Indigenous Resource Centre will host Well-Being Week at the Owen Sound Campus, with special activities happening in the main foyer on Tuesday, Feb. 10 and Thursday, Feb. 12 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Students can learn about campus resources and community activities that may benefit their well-being, including art, snowshoeing, running, yoga, mindfulness, holistic health and nutrition.
