Second-year students in the Hospitality and Tourism programs would like to extend an invitation for all to attend the annual international themed dinners. Culinary students along with the Service and Wine students will be preparing and serving a series of eight meals.
These all-inclusive evenings begin at 6 p.m. starting with an hors d’oeuvres reception, followed by a multi-course dinner paired with a selection of wines to complement the cuisine.
All the menus and pairings have been prepared and designed by the students as the final culmination of their education here at the School of Hospitality, Tourism and Recreation.
This event takes place in the Georgian Dining Room at the Barrie Campus for one of these Tuesday or Thursday evenings for a night of fine food and wine.
