The Research Analyst program is excited to welcome guest speaker Tom De Ruyck to the Barrie Campus on Wednesday, April 2 from 3:30 to 5 p.m. in Room K229A (Alumni Hall). The event is free and open to all students, staff, faculty and community members.

De Ruyck will describe why it is important to be consumer-centric in our rapidly changing world. He will also discuss the journey toward becoming a company that thinks “outside-in.” His message is relevant to any type of organization engaged in thought leadership or steering innovation and business development.

Hailing from Ghent, Belgium, De Ruyck is Managing Partner and Head of Consumer Consulting Boards at InSites Consulting. He oversees global activities pertaining to online community research.
