Culinary students build gingerbread hospital

Culinary Management students built a huge hospital – one that happens to be edible. They baked and constructed a gingerbread replica of Barrie’s Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre (RVH).

The gingerbread hospital was auctioned off to raise money for Barrie Hospice as well as the Junior Muskoka and District Chefs’ Association.
