The Georgian community is saddened to learn of the loss of Muriel Harper, who was the first employee of Georgian College, in its storefront location in the Wellington Street Plaza in 1967.

Muriel passed away on Feb. 15 at Royal Victoria Hospital, Barrie, in her 81st year. Funeral services have taken place.
