First-semester Personal Support Worker students at the Orangeville Campus are doing their clinical placements at the Avalon Retirement Lodge in Orangeville. The Government of Ontario is helping Georgian College finish the final phase of the Centre for Health and Wellness, giving more students access to education and training in the health care field. The government announced on June 20 an additional investment of $8-million to help complete the $62.5-million project.
