Summer Fitness Schedules Now Available

The summer fitness schedules for both the Barrie and Orillia Campus Georgian Fitness Centre’s are now available.

Once again there is something for everyone available throughout the week to fit into your schedule.

Fitness classes are offered free of charge with your Georgian Fitness Centre membership and are good for beginners to more advanced individuals and is a great way to heighten your level of fitness.

Everything from Yoga (stretching/relaxation), Spin (cardio), to strength conditioning classes are offered at both campuses to help give you a total body workout.

The fitness schedules for the Barrie campus (July 2nd-August 31st) can be seen here while the Orillia campus (June 24th-August 2nd) can be seen here.
