Young artists get chance to build art portfolio at Georgian summer camp
May 11, 2015

Hundreds of young people will spend part of their summer in a Georgian College camp having fun and learning about art, engineering and robotics, science, and much more. A group of young smiling people sit at a desk drawing pictures in an art camp

In Art Experience: Portfolio Builders, campers aged 13 to 17 will build a professional art portfolio through various projects and demonstrate their knowledge of art principles and techniques in an exhibit in Georgian’s state-of-the-art art studio. Their creations can be used to form the basis for a solid portfolio for entrance into postsecondary art programs.

The week-long camp has four intakes throughout August at the Barrie campus. Register online and pay $260 per week. Before- and after-care is available.
