  1. In order to attend convocation, you must submit the Request to Graduate form by the deadline.
  2. You will receive a letter in the mail regarding your graduate status and three tickets for guests. Please note additional tickets are not issued due to space constraints.
  3. Arrive on time for graduate check-in. gowns are provided free of charge.

  • Platform party and faculty gowning (Orillia Room)

  • Procession to the ceremony

2 p.m.

  • Ceremony begins

4 p.m.
