How do I purchase a frame for my diploma or certificate?
Frames have been specifically designed for Georgian College graduates to display their diploma or certificate. For further information you can contact the Book Store at 705-728-1968 ext. 1771.

Alumni is another term for a graduate of an educational institution.
How do I know if I am a Georgian alumni member?
All alumni as defined by the Office of the Registrar at Georgian College. Membership will include graduates of full-time and part-time (once fee has been received) post-secondary or ministry certified certificate programs. Members must have successfully completed their program of study and received their diplomas or certificates.
Is there any cost to join the Alumni Association?
Yes, there is a membership fee and for full time students it is paid in the first semester of the first year of your program. For part-time students it is paid when you ‘Request to Graduate’. This is a one time charge that gives you a lifetime membership into the Alumni Association.
I no longer receive the alumni magazine. How can I get back on the mailing list?

How do I make a suggestion for an ‘Alumni Profile’ in the alumni magazine?
Suggestions for alumni profiles in the alumni magazine are always welcome. Graduates should be enjoying career success, and have an interesting story to tell.
The alumni magazine typically produces three to five profiles per issue, and strives to maintain a campus, program, and gender balance. Although appreciated, not all suggestions for alumni profiles can be accommodated.
How do I submit information for the alumni magazine?
Do you have some news to share with the Grad Grapevine in our Alumni magazine? Do you have comments or questions for the Alumni Office? E-mail alumni@georgianc.on.ca with the information, including your contact information. Grapevine comments may be edited for length.
How do I update my address/email?

How much is the alumni athletics gym membership?
The current discounted athletics gym membership for Georgian Alumni is as follows:
$50.00 – one month membership
$110.00 – four month membership
$260.00 – annual membership
Please present your alumni card at the athletics reception desk in order to receive the discounted alumni rate. If you do not have a card, please visit the Barrie campus, room C259 Mondays-Thursdays between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. or call 705-728-1968, ext. 1128.
How can I get a copy of my transcript?
Requests for transcripts are done through the Registrar’s Office.
I have lost my diploma/certificate. How can I get a new one?
Requests for diplomas/certificates are done through the Registrar’s Office.
