Applicants can now view their offers online at the ontariocolleges.ca web site and can confirm their place in the program online.

Deadline – In order to secure your place in the program, you must confirm by the deadline specified in your acceptance letter. This deadline is also available on the ontariocolleges.ca website.

1. Review your offers online – To review offers online, use your username and password to log in to your online ontariocolleges.ca account at: www.ontariocolleges.ca.
2. Choose your program – You can only confirm to one program at a time. After you have confirmed to an offer, you may change your decision and confirm to a different offer after one business day. This new confirmation will cancel the previous confirmation. Other colleges to which you applied will be informed that you confirmed to Georgian College.

Applied on Paper?

Please call the ontariocolleges.ca Customer Contact Centre at (888) 892-2228 (toll free within Canada) or (519) 763-4725 to create an online account. OR, if you do not have internet access you can confirm an offer by phone. Before you call ontariocolleges.ca, you will need your:

1. letter of acceptance from Georgian College
2. ontariocolleges.ca application number

The deadline to confirm will still apply so be sure to call as soon as possible to avoid busy lines.

Important Notes

• Check to ensure you can log in to ontariocolleges.ca; do this prior to the confirmation deadline.
• Be sure to confirm by the deadlines indicated on the web/acceptance letter.
• You can confirm to only one program at a time. If you change your program choice, you may do so after one business day.
• Once you’ve confirmed your offer, a confirmation page will be displayed at ontariocolleges.ca.
• Your confirmation will be sent to Georgian College the next business day. You will not be able to see the confirmation on the College’s web site until the following business day.
• Georgian College will send you a confirmation letter via regular mail with next steps. (i.e. tuition payment, web registration, etc.)
