Course description

In this course, students are provided with an understanding of human rights in Canada and their impact on the global community. Students gain knowledge of Canadian constitutional rights and the processes involved in exercising these rights. Global human rights issues are explored.

Students registering for credit courses for the first time must declare a program at the point of registration. Declaring a program does not necessarily mean students must complete a program, individual courses may be taken for skill improvement and upgrading.
