Field Placement Seminar 1

Course description

This course is designed to support and reinforce ECE students' learning during their field placements. Students explore the importance of the student role in a childcare setting and building relationships with colleagues and families. Opportunities are provided to discuss, problem-solve and reflect on their work in becoming responsive caregivers.

Students registering for credit courses for the first time must declare a program at the point of registration. Declaring a program does not necessarily mean students must complete a program, individual courses may be taken for skill improvement and upgrading.
